Waffle House

Honestly, Waffle House never fails me. Their prices and portions are fantastic but at this location, the customer service was on a whole other level. Our waitress was so great. She was kind, patient, and the chef was great too. My husband had ordered a waffle with his meal and it had come out a little too well done. She had been walking by our table, saw this and asked if she could remake it for us and that we could take it to go so my husband would enjoy it later. On a separate occasion after this review was written about a month ago, apparently at night they are only to-go orders available as there was a shooting in the parking lot. I think this is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard as shootings can happen anytime and anywhere. What's more is the company is threatening the jobs of there employees if they do serve someone inside at night.

So glad they have more help now. Was great service, hot food the way I ordered it and quickly to the table. They were training a young man, and was very interesting to watch and see how they all worked together to teach him their ordering system. I always wondered how the team at the grill understood what was being ordered. Anyway, great food and job by all. Nice to see folks working again and serving up Waffle House hot food.
