Domino's Pizza

Don't try to call in your order. Order online instead. We called in, since we had a gift cert from my child's school. My wife talked to a bot first, then got a call from an apparent call center in who knows where, then finally to a person at the store. She has way more patience than I do. I'd have just hung up and gone elsewhere. She stuck it out and got our order in. Hopefully we get what we asked for. We really like the pizza and delivery service from this store. This is, however, the last time we call in an order. We'll do it online from here on out.

Very good and convenient pizza store in local area. Service is always fast and on time. Staff are very friendly to customers. We have been making pizza and chicken orders for the past 3 years. Never get order messed up. BTW, their chicken wings are much smaller than Pizza hut but much more delicious. :))))

This used to be a stellar pizza place but seems to have gone downhill the last few months to the point due to inconsistencies I can’t order from them anymore. It’s hit or miss if you get garlic butter on your hand tossed pizza, they have been adding toppings not ordered and not adding toppings that are ordered. Recently an entire order was wrong, they called me after leaving a comment on the app and said we would have a credit for 2 pizzas. I prob ordered 3 x after that saving the freebies for later and when it was time to use it, there was only 1 of the 2 in the system. Fine whatever, get the pizzas and once again they have toppings I didn’t order and my son doesn’t eat olives so in the trash it went. Thankfully there’s some other options in Oak Ridge.

Legitimately this store is the sole reason I even eat dominoes now. I hate dominoes but got desperate because they are super close to my house, and man. Every thing is always made incredibly. Legitimately the best pizza store crew ever. Give them a try, and when your order Is phenomenally made, send corporate dominoes a message and tell them everyone at this place needs a raise. Amazing.
