In store is fine, because you can actually get it corrected.
The only good chicken place in town though. Chicken-a-Jesus doesn't count because it is bland beyond belief.

Very impressed! New to the area and unfamiliar with Zaxby's. Came through during lunch rush, gal standing outside taking orders was very patient with me and when asked what she would recommend she had several recommendations. Very knowledgeable about the menu and polite. I asked for no tomatoes on my sandwich, unaware house salad had Roma's on there and she ensured my salad didn't have tomatoes either. Gals at drive through window polite and professional. Very happy with the service I received. Will be coming through a lot more. Thank you for such great service and great food!!

Had the signature club sandwich, spicy, with no mayo or cheese, fries, coca cola. Wife had fried pickles and coke.
Not the best chicken sandwich but not bad.

Pulled up and the drive thru line was wrapped around the building. Decided id park and go inside and order my food. They were very quick and i was out in 5 minutes. Surprisingly the drive thru line was down to about 2 cars. Food was fresh and hot. 9/10 only because the sweet tea wasnt as good as it uaually is from zaxbys. As a southerner the sweet tea is very important 🤣

Great location. Great food. Love that Wimpy sauce. Gotta have Zax sauce for my fries too. If you’re a senior don’t forget to ask for your discount. We’ve earned it. Highly recommended

The most disgusting bread it is hard as rocks and the chicken literally taste like it’s been sitting out all day and there was no sauce in there honestly this is a sadist experience ever wasted money yay

Very nice staff, order was correct and we didn't have to wait long. The girl who was working the window was very cheery which I always appreciate as a former food service worker. I know how easy it is to slip into an apathetic mood.

Ordered wings n things and fried pickles. The pickles were pretty good. The wings n things had the wrong sauce on the wings. It was missing one wing, one tender, and the toast. It also had very few fries in it and the napkins were in the box. Poor/missing food packaged poorly.
