Mcdonald's

I usually have a pretty good experience here, especially when Lisa is working drive through. She’s always very nice and gets our order written down correctly. The drive through is usually quick, but on a couple of occasion’s we’ve had to wait a bit and our order has been wrong. Nothing major though. And their ice cream machine seems to be in working order more than any other McDonald’s I’ve been to. 😂😂

Always told to pull ahead and wait for 15 minutes while they go through 10+ other orders until they make you late for work. This doesn't make you look better...just makes people that wait, mad. Stop doing that so your times will be accurate. Worst experience occurred when corporate was there supposedly trying to fix the problems, so don't think she was helping. Asked her to have owner connect me. Didn't happen. Won't return to a location that doesn't care about customer service. They also never remember to give ketchup even though requested every time. Lobby is still closed so unless want to wait in line you can't get any. Request muffin only well done on the sausage mcmuffin but they do the opposite and over cook the sausage and under cook the muffin. When I go during the day, the fries are never salted and they will put one piece of cheese on the double cheeseburger so it's a mcdouble...not what I ordered. Only one lady at the window ever offers the receipt.
