Wendy's

I've never had Wendy's breakfast so I thought I would try it this morning. The young lady at the drive-through was extremely Pleasant and so very kind the receipt says her name was Destiny. So that part of the experience was great but then I didn't to my sandwich and I ordered two sausage egg and swiss and I got two bacon egg and swiss and the wrapper even said sausage so be sure to check your order before you pull out. I did not and it just wasn't worth driving back for.

Order is messed up almost every time we visit, maybe 1 out of 5 its correct. The baked potato is never right though and it's my favorite thing on the menu usually. This last time will be our last visit though. Not only was the complete order messed up but they actually sold me a burger with a bunch of plastic bits stuck to the bottom patty. I noticed when I took the first bite and wouldn't eat anything more. Waste of money.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Food poisoning! My wife and I ate there last night and the food tasted great, however 8 hrs later it started coming out both ends and has been for hrs. It's the only meal we shared together so we know it came from Wendy's. The kids are not sick and they also did not eat Wendy's. Do not eat here!

I’m still giving you a 5 because the workers that actually showed up today and still had smile on their faces deserve a raise. I waited close to 30 minutes in the drive thru for my food. When I got up to the window I warned one of your workers that two other cars pulled off behind me (I did not want them to spend time making extra food that would end up wasted) because of the wait and I asked why the wait was so long. I was told only 2 of your workers showed up to work. That is absolutely beyond ridiculous!!! Please treat your workers with some respect. If you don’t have enough coverage to maintain a steady flow and not over work your employees than close your business for the day or close early! 2 employees is not enough people to run a fast food restaurant! If wendys can’t close you should call other local Wendy’s to see if anybody wants to make money and pick up an extra shift!

Great service, just need more hel. Sad to say some people are just to lazy to work these days. To many depend on free checks from the government, they don't think about when it's going to be their turn to retire. The government is already claiming to be broke because they give help to those who act like they are disabled. God helps those who help themselves.

Finally got to try breakfast here and it was delicious! Normally, I wouldn't say 'delicious' about any fast food restaurant, but the biscuits were especially good (tasted home made) and the seasoned fries were hot and superbly great! The staff was very nice and we had a great drive-through visit and will recommend and return for more! Thank you Wendy's of Oak Ridge!!!
