After growing up in area playing basketball on Park, I must say that after visiting again two weeks ago, I found one staff member(s) very uncompassionate in comparison to other Duncan Donuts that cut my cheese bagel twist my veggie cream cheese. Unfortunately, she told she was not allowed to cut the cheese bagel twist in half(side-ways) cause her manager told the unfit staff to do so even for a one-handed disabled person like myself...I'm telling my experience here was horrible after manager told employees this horrible news for the physically disabled. D&D @ this location need to practice compassion & it should be their goal to be handi-cap conscious going forward.

Customer service could be better, but it is what it is. Really wish they had a drive thru (through), but nonetheless we LOVE their specialty donuts (doughnuts) no matter the season. This year they didn't have the Reese's 🍩 but the Kisses option is awesome. Overall its a clean facility, and a good atmosphere.

The old lady 👵🏻 with the glasses 👓 have a bad attitude i guess because she has no more patience and can’t handle the busy and long waiting line, they don’t have the sugar and utensils on the stand and if you need them you got a ask for’em, If you go there thinking you will get your order right the way and didn’t place an online order; make sure you order via the app coz they prioritize online orders.

The wait is almost always too long for no reason. They prioritize in app orders while the people standing in line are made to wait. The coffee is hit or miss. (Mostly miss). It is the closest DD to my house so I find myself going there hoping it is a "good coffee" day. Just sad. The employees are nice there.
