Ordered for the 2nd time last night, got the family meal deal 2! Fanstiaic value for money, really tasty kebab, pizzas were spot on and the chip shop chips were plentiful and tasty! Really can't go wrong, definitely future favourite from now on!
Used Billy’s for ages now, food is amazing. The last 2 orders items have been missing which is really frustrating when you have friends and family round. They do offer to send the missing items asap, however it’s too late and food gets cold. Such a shame.
We normally fetch our own from tbe shop ,without issue's How ever when we ordered over the phone the order arrived wrong

Poor food quality, waited an 1 hour 45mins for chips, battered sausage and peas. Very small order. Lied on the phone saying it was the next order out multiple times but food was freshly cooked when it arrived. Very poor service when I had to be somewhere that evening.
I come quite far to go here. They do the best battered mars bars! Food always looks lovely when I come and the battered mars bars are brilliant. Lovely people and quick service

Food is nice but guy on the counter is a bit over friendly. We ordered through phone and they delivered wrong order and blaming us rather than solving problem. They never send bill with the food. We are never going to use them again
