Dunkin'

I use to love this Dunkin but recently I have been very annoyed with my service. Last week I went there and the lady taking my order was laughing the entire time she was taking my order. I kept having to repeat myself because she couldn't understand me. I speaking clearly but she could not even talk because she was just laughing away. I asked for a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel and got it on a croissant. The next time I was there I asked for the same order and got no egg on my sandwich. I use to love this Dunkin but that is quickly changing.

(This is for the Dunkin Donuts located inside Stop & Shop at 380 Main Ave., Norwalk) This is by far THE BEST Dunkin Donuts location I have ever been to - that includes anywhere in the United States. The orders are always right, they are fast and efficient, and they always have a great attitude. I've been to many other Dunkin Donuts that are just okay and I've been to many where they have horrible attitudes (even the managers!). I have been coming here every day for 12 years (maybe 20?) - ever since they took the Green Mountain self-serve out. I've NEVER had a single problem. I cannot say enough good things about the crew that are here at this location. It is a shame that I can only give them 5 stars.
