PSA 🚨🚨 LOOK AT YOUR FOOD BEFORE EATING !! felt rushed while taking my order through Drive-Thru for me to have a R O C K !!! in my HASHBROWN !! lucky I looked before putting in my mouth .. the dental bill for you guys would not have been nice ! VERY NASTY ( to have outside rocks in your equipment cooking peoples food in ) HEALTH VIOLATION ( could of choked on the ROCK ) && will not be coming there ever again !!

I am giving it a start cause other wise it wont let me post , I am a regular here the staff used to be nice and fast Over a year ago they had good employees lackicha, Robert, kent amazing workers friendly fast always got your order right sadly all gonne!!! . How ever this new workers in the are super un profesional , they close the store at 3 pm in many ocations just becuse they want to the store is not even busy even tho they have 2 to 3 employess wish is standar for shift at most dunkin. This causes the back ups at the drivers window . They always get your coffee wrong or cold there is aways something. I feel that to be a store Team lead you need to have some type of peoples skills , need to be able to communicate to the customer . Here they are just plain RUDE AND DONUTS ARE STALE in the PM

I am a regular of this location I have to say it’s gone downhill. The staff and management are so unprofessional, the store looks dirty, the service is soo slow, the coffee tastes burnt most of the time The drive through is soo long and gets orders wrong. I will find myself a new coffee shop that appreciates its customers!

I come there almost every day. The other day I ordered a frozen matcha latte but took me an hour to get there. It was already melted, and one of the girls working there re-made it for me (I didnt even ask) but I very much appreciated the gesture. Thank you for your kindness and great customer service!
