Panera Bread

I'm giving a 5 for Heather and Joe. Grub Hub/Door Dash didn't pick up our entire order and we were missing some things we ordered. My drink was left in the bins and Panera forgot to put in something we paid for. In fact this happened a few times. We called Panera to explain what happened. Joe took care of us. Refunded our entire order and told me I can come in to get the smoothie that was never delivered. I came in to see Heather. She apologized and also gave me a free cookie. That was very kind of them. I am giving a 4 star because when we called to explain what happened, they said that they saw the driver leave it. I'm not sure why they didn't tell the driver that the drink is part of the order. This happened more than once. They need a better system if it's for deliveries. Need to make sure the drivers know that everything is ready to go and the orders are complete. I know it's busy and they can't always watch the driver pick up orders, but in cases for food deliveries, they need to make sure the entire order is being picked up. . But of course, I'm not taking away the driver's responsibility. Thanks Panera for fixing our issue with our order.

So, franchise owner, are you aware that your “lovely and profit-oriented” manager would rather not serve me quickly and discreetly without my mask but prefers to encourage other customers to verbally attack me and eventually call the police while they delayed my order until the police showed up to tell me that although masks are a not a law but are a ridiculous waste of their time and effort, I am no longer allowed to spend the $50 or so I spend weekly here at your Panera?!? You lose, another restaurant wins…was that your goal as an entrepreneur?
