They always seem to make my coffee perfect but the wait time is a little longer than usual but still coffee's hot

Went through drive-thru got a donut when I took the donut out of the bag there were teeth marks on top in the frosting. When I called back talked to a manager was told probably was from a machine said no it is exactly identical marks after I made some with my own teeth , told them to check your donuts that are there manager acted like no big deal and when I said I will not come back didn't even try to convince me to be a customer. Doesn't seem to be very business oriented for customer service

Most of the time they are great but once in awhile there is this lady who is rude and always messes up the order. Every time that happens, it ruins my morning.

absolutely amazing. idk her name but the lady working there rn turned my night from horrible to liveable. i was having a mental health crisis and my fiance took me out for a drive, stopped in here for chai & a sandwich. it was very late and she was the only person in the store but she was so pleasant and sweet and friendly to us. thank you 💛💛💛

Not the best dunkin. Always mess up my order somehow. once I ordered a bagel with strawberry cream cheese and a matcha latte, they gave me two bagels and no latte. not coming here again unless necessary.
