Seriously y'all? I've been craving cinnamon twists. I had surgery 4 days ago. I felt good enough this evening to venture out to my local Taco Bell to get some and they're not even cooked! No cinnamon or sugar on them at all. I haven't looked at the rest of my order yet.... I really hope the rest of it is right.

The staff was fine, but the food was absolutely disgusting. The soft tacos i ordered were covered in oil which tasted like pure chemicals and was all over everything in the bag making it all taste terrible.

Nothing like ordering food and and then you get it and it's wrong!! I ordered 2 bean burritos with no cheese, I am allergic to dairy taco bell says their bean burritos with no cheese is vegan.... Guess what I get when I bite into my burrito... Yep cheese... So frustrated!! What happened to customer service and good quality good??? They raised the prices for what???

This is my go-to Bell in Norman but y’all should review proper sanitation with your employees. I watched homeboy ring up people with gloves on, accepting cash and touching the safe, then going to the kitchen to make food without changing gloves. That’s a ton of bacteria being put on my food. Great for wearing gloves but drastically diminishes the point if not changed between register and making food. 3 stars cause this location is way better than the others I’ve been to. Especially off 12th…. No Bueno….if you will. :D

Do not order from this location BEFORE you want your food. They will try to tell it to you, as if it was delivered to the correct address and when they send the photo, it won’t be your house! Your order number will disappear. Your birth record will disappear. Ha. Works husbands life until you fill out your sons retirement package. Not being a scapegoat any longer. Bye bye.

Ordered online and when I got there the doors were locked and the drive in told me they didn't have my food. The app won't let me cancel my order and they wouldn't refund. Not the first time this location screwed up, I don't know why I bother with them anymore.

This Taco Bell was one of the worst I’ve been to. Missing items from my order and half the order was wrong. The food was cold, and just horrible. They couldn’t even understand how to put part of the cost on a debit card and the rest in cash. The employees were friendly though. Save your money! Don’t go here.
EDIT: Made a complaint through their website. The actual manager called and made things right. Her name is crystal. If you have issues ask for her.

Food was not hot enough. Employee didn't even greet you had to wait to be waited on. Other customer asking for his food he thinks they forgot him. No thank you from anyone. Acted like they didn't want to be there.
