Good food quick service.. my kids are chicken nugget addicts so we visit quite often.. well at least I can get them a intervention 😂😂... Anyway decent service fast so I'd recommend

Very slow and unprofessional service. Ordered a quarterpounder with no onions or pickles and got a cold, burnt burger with my top bun and cheese stuck to the cardboard box.terrible workers there. Avoid this McDonalds.also ordered large fries and 10 piece nuggets. All were cold and tasted like they were from yesterday. Shame. If you don't want to do the job properly move on and let a more competent person do it.

Grate staff love this McDonald’s I eat here a lot had an issue only once and when I came back they fix it no problem and they where really respectful about it. But never really had any other issues here at this McDonald’s. I would highly recommend people to stop by this McDonald’s if you are in the niles Ohio area. The inside is closed do to staff shortage but the drive through is pretty quick for the most part.

The woman manager was very rude and unprofessional! I tried calling the store several times on my order and each time someone hung up on me. When I told her about it she had the audacity to accuse me of hanging up on her!!! She should not be in customer service. I know short staff but you NEVER blame the customer! She could've said maybe the phone line was having issues! Poor excuse she is for a person and manager!!!
