Kfc

We live in Warren Ohio. We have two KFC restaurants in Warren but you never can get chicken. If you call or go to elm rd at 8pm or later they say they don’t have enough and the wait is well over a hour… West Market used to be on it. BUT I think Elm rd might be teaching them their tricks because now it’s happening at W.Market. So I called Nile’s KFC (I was honestly ready to hear no). Louisa was the manager tonight and she took my order and was so NICE. Yes I have a large family.. we have to order 2 - 16 piece meals with a extra side it comes to almost $90.00. We own a business and I just feel like Nile’s is the only one who actually takes their jobs serious and they have excellent customer service. So a HUGE shout out to the manager LOUISA and. Seth was working the counter very nice young man. Thank you both for your kindness and great customer service. Thank u Niki

I genuinely dislike fast food workers that get orders wrong. The employee that took my order didn’t sound very nice taking my order but I brushed it off and assumed, “ok it’s a weekend and maybe she’s just having an off day.” but she got 2 of our sides wrong. I paid for extra sauces and they weren’t in the bag either. Disappointing.
