Kfc

Ordered a cantina crispy chicken box. Got my food left had to come back because the crispy avocado ranch chicken taco wasn't in the bag. Manager Tiffany was very very rude. Told me to look through the bag because she put it in there. I let a couple crew members look in my bag and they told her it wasn't in there. She accused me and my husband of lying and said she wasn't making another one. The crew members were apologetic and they remade the food they looked through AND made the crispy chicken avocado ranch taco. Manager needs to be fired and crew member needs to be promoted to her position. That manager Tiffany was rude and nasty.

Got food bout 9 Sunday night ordered it on the app they didn’t have the meal we order so we got mix of chicken to fill the bucket I can deal with that but what I couldn’t deal with is the chicken was ice cold and tasted like it was cooked at lunch the day before and they was to lazy to make fresh so they just threw what was left over in the bucket to get us out the door called several times with no answer Sunday night Monday and Tuesday with no answers phone would ring act like some one picked it up then hung it then it would go to a busy tone and yet I call the first 5-6 times each day will be going up there Thursday to throw a fit and see if I can get the owners phone number or at least there name would not recommend going here at all

Everybody loves KFC. I never imagined it possible to want to return food there. I got some of those popcorn chicken nuggets on North Hills street at the drive through and they were so salty I thought maybe somebody I knew worked there and played a joke on me. I love salt but I couldn't eat them. If I hadn't been in a hurry I would have been petty enough to ask the manager to eat one and get my money back. Everybody messes up. I do it all the time. So I went there again to the drive thru and ordered something called Memphis heat wings. I noticed they were kind of soupy bc the BBQ sauce spilled out of the container, through the bag and onto my car seat. When I opened the container I could literally see grease floating on top of what was still a lot of liquid to be BBQ wings. So now I go to the Newton KFC by my house and they are doing a wonderful job at serving food the way KFC is suppose to be.
