The staff member, who served us was a really great guy. He was helpful and friendly, and very patient with our children, while they chose what to have. We unfortunately didn't enjoy the meal, as it was cold, and very dry.

Who ever Cooke the chicken this morning wow you know how to cook it to perfection it was juicy and tender how you expect it to be and not greasy and stale like most times 🤔

It is a KFC, the staff are friendly, helpful and as quick as can be when busy.
The food is as it should be.
I recommend the gravy box, which has a piece of chicken, a strip, 2 hot wings, chips and gravy, dunking kfc chicken or chips in warm gravy is delicious.

Moving here from High Wycombe where the KFC was consistently tasteless & of very poor standard on every single visit for years, I was thrilled to have discovered how delicious KFC once again actually can be! This busy little Newton Abbot branch turned out a great flavoursome treat, I was soooooooo happy !! Crispy, flavourful, fresh & perfectly cooked. One very happy customer here 😀

The staff are fantastic, I went in with a large order which came to just below £100 and was told it would take about 20 minutes as its all cooked to order. It came out steaming hot and so fresh it was delicious. As its only a take out establishment the wait was, what seemed to be very short, fine. I think overall from ordering to take out was about 15 minutes. My only complaint was with myself for not ordering more drinks. I live in Brixham and would drive to Newton Abbot KFC for my take out every time.
