Came in a ordered from the register and was given really great customer service. The gentleman was very nice and spoke with positive energy! Made the process quicker then the screen.

I should have known better because I stopped eating at McDonald's years ago. Against my better judgement, I ordered 2, Quarter Pounder burgers only to receive both that were way oversalted and undercooked for the price of $16. It's obvious that the cook should not be making burgers but management is also out to lunch at this place.
I don't know how this food chain stays alive. I wouldn't care if McDonald's folded and just disappeared forever.

It's McDonald's what do you expect? It's fast cheap food. All of which is totally not good for you. But if you're willing to enjoy it for what it is then this place is great. This location is fast clean and never really got any reason to be upset with them.

At lunch today in dining area had a 25 minute wait for simple order and 2 of 3 burgers were cold. They place car service way ahead of the dine in customer. Don't come here for "fast food".

Just another flawless McDonalds, never had a missing item, curbside pick-up is a breeze, no issues with this location... standard run of the mill which is a very good thing. OK, the ice cream machine does seem to break from time to time, but that seems to be pretty common in all McD's...

I asked for 5 bigmacs, and then 5 more bigmacs, but instead they gave me 10 bigmacs. But other than that the stuff that comes out of faucet in the restrooms tastes amazing

Order is wrong almost every single time I go to this location. Whether it’s the order taker putting it in wrong ,‘or the server not following the order. Almost 100% of the time they can’t differentiate between diet and regular coke. I cannot drink regular coke, and I hate to be the person constantly going inside because my order is wrong. Every other location In SCV can get it right.
