AMAZING! So glad I gave this place another chance! They just reopened with a new manager, she was very friendly, and quick. My sandwich can get pretty messy but she made it nice and neat. The store was clean and the food looked fresh! Definitely will be back!

My wife and I stopped in to grab a sandwich on Black Friday 2016. While leaving I saw a man in a motorized cart That wouldn't fit through the ordering line. He had to park it and attempt to walk and was in obvious pain and discomfort in trying to do so. I started to approach up to him to ask if he needed help ordering, but before I could do so the sweet woman behind the counter offered to do the same. I watched as she patiently and compassionately took care of him in a way rarely seen these days. She was a shining example of looking out for other people and exemplifies customer service in an age where kindness like that seems to be less and less the norm.

I’ve tried the online pickup here twice and neither time have they gotten the order correct. Wrong bread, missing toppings, wasn’t toasted, etc. if something is unavailable please call and let me know. Otherwise, please pay closer attention to the order you’re preparing.

Lettuce was spoiled in the salad. It found its way to the garbage. The egg wrap I asked for a whole slice of cheese even if it cost more. I only was given a half of a slice. I will not stop at this subway again while traveling.
