I usually love it! But tonight I ordered a whole fuji apple salad and a whole chicken sandwich. For two people. When I got home I had a half fuji apple salad and a half sandwich, and was charged $19.34. Be sure to check your bag before you leave.

I visited Panera Bread at Gateway Hospital, first visit. The staff at register was very rude and no customer service skills.

I still love this place, hence, the 4 stars. I go there and write , drink coffee, and eat lunch. Most the time what I order is fresh and delicious, but I ordered a new sandwich they have, Teriyaki Chicken. OMG, it tasted and looked like shoe leather, sorry Panera, but you draw big goose egg on this one.

How is oatmeal not on the fall menu, according to Newburgh staff, today. This location is in a hospital. Oatmeal is heart healthy.
The A team wasn't working this AM. Out of menu items at 9:30 AM, including Dark Roast coffee nor did they replenish it in the half our of our visit.
This is not the usual high standards Panera is known for. No one was rude, that at least was OK.

I'm never disappointed when I leave any mikuni's restaurant (downtown or Elk Grove) but I haaaaave to rave about how the service was great last night. Front desk at check in was super friendly, and our waiter Joshua was probably the best waiter on the staff. I mean they are all great, but extra props to our waiter because he was above and beyond.

Quick and very friendly service. The staff were eager to serve us & accommodate special diet needs. It's still not very well known that it's there, so we get fabulous service.

We have enjoyed the Lloyd Commons location for many years and are pleased they have opened a second location in the new addition at Deaconess Hospital. Recommend the pick-2.
