We had our dads party at this hall . Let me begin with customer service: is really unprofessional and they didn’t even put out half of the appetizers that we paid way ahead .Servers weren’t clearing dirty plates and utensils which I had to do it . I paid them so much $$$$$ for everything extra. Nirav is scam person who takes money out from good people by making them fool. I’m one of them. He made so much promises that he’ll provide excellent service to our guests but he failed to do so .Never ever going to have any events at this hall . It’s sad to say that hall itself is so pretty and beautiful but the staff sucks.

There a tiktok video were they are giving a hard time to who rented the place for sweet 15. Because they hire a live band music and of course there a singer and loud music. The owner didn’t wanted a microphone to be used. So to my Hispanic people please don’t rent this place is planning to have live music. READ CONTRACT BEFORE ANY DEPOSIT. To the owner you should be a shame.

Bad business. Church members were denied paid services and others were charged with hidden fees after their special events. It's unfortunate that in this challenging time, businesses like this will claw the joy out of special occasions. This business sells packaged deals and a la carte services for a hefty price, but failed to deliver anything but subpar service. Basic amentities were unsatisfactory and the concierge and business reps. seem to be incapable of an honest answer. How they arrived with a high rating is beyond me.
