Very slow service food is good service I will is not that good. I was standing at the counter to pay but no one showed up for 30 min then took the money and went in came after 15 min food. You need to improve the service

I started to come to this place more often because the girls working at cedar location are terrible with the worst attitudes you can imagine. The African American guy working here at night is really good. The only downside is when you order the chicken Chipotle melt here, the cheese is never melted. At the Cedar location the only good thing about them is they always melted the cheese. If they can fix this they'll be much better.

My entire order made on June 4, 2022 was 100% wrong. Wrong meat substitutions, wrong items, everything. I am NEVER coming back to the location in Newark, CA off of Thornton Ave. The employees are clearly lazy, have zero attention to detail, don’t care about their customers, and don’t care to do their jobs correctly. I’ve NEVER had to write a review like this and the fact that the service here is pushing me to do it clearly means it’s all bad. Y’all need to really improve the quality of your MANAGEMENT because I’m sure that’s where all the problems stem from.

Ordered a Nacho bellgrande today and all my chips were broken and stale. Also my chicken quesadilla had cheese and chicken on only one side. And! They gave me bad Mtn Dew Baja blast 2 times in a row. Will not be coming here for lunch anymore. What a bummer. Get new employees
