Great customer Service I love all the workers workers are nice and soft spoken they took my order great 13 court st Dunkin got the best coffee the place is extremely neat and I love the surrounding

Do not go to this location. They have boot enforcement and the min. You step away for a minute they boot your car for $250. Don't even think about crossing the street to talk to a friend or step on sidewalk. The police are a joke and the people enforcing the boot are rude. Go to another location. Sorry Dunkin

I don't patronize this dunkin donuts like I used to. Every since the built a high school nearby it has been challenging to patronize this one. The crowds from the school, kids hanging out in the morning when you trying to get to work. Sometimes I feel like the staff is overwhelmed. So I pass by often instead of dealing with those issues.

Service quality has taken a huge hit at this place. The workers are either silly and immature or just incompetent. The food is barely adequate and the coffee is just godawful. I feel I'm being kind with my remarks.

Great staff, dedicated workers! I always see the same faces which is always a plus! Thank you because you may not know how essential you all are and hopefully you will now! Fresh coffee and fresh bagels! They are exceptional!

It is best to go this location-13 Court St. Newark, NJ in the morning when the food is fresh. The customer service was acceptable. However, there are panhandlers at the entrance.

i uber eats here twice with the same order two bacon egg NO CHEESE wraps and for both orders i got cheese on my wraps. if you aren’t gonna do the job correctly then don’t work simple .
