Best place to get drinks!!! We had the best time. Landed super early in NYC and had a blast…. Paul the server was amazing to us.

Paul is amazing! He was so accommodating, he got our orders in quick, food was out fast (hats off to the cook). We came back the next day just for Paul. The Philly cheesesteaks rolls are to die for, but Paul is the star of the show! We will be back.

Beautiful atmosphere, not too loud. Service was awesome and gave my wife an excellent drink recommendation. Food was amazing and well-priced.

We visited WEST END yesterday after we attended a show in NYC. The service provided by Paul & Samantha was excellent. The food was delicious. We had seats by the open window looking out over 8th Ave.
We sought out the manager, George, to tell him how much we enjoyed our visit. It was a pleasure to talk with him. We look forward to our next visit.

Came here after a Broadway show for early dinner. We were the first for dinner but seemed to really fill up later. Prices were to be expected given the area. Service was good. Food was delicious! Friends really liked the chicken and waffles. I had the arugula salad with steak which was also great. But the best thing were your dang mash potatoes. Best I've ever had!!!!

Probably the best meal I've had all week in NYC. The chicken & waffles and mashed potatoes were absolutely outstanding. The serving staff were very pleasant, the atmosphere was very relaxed and the music was completely on point. It's a shame this place is 3,000 miles away or I'd come here more often.
