Dunkin'

disorganized and slow. ordered a sausage egg and cheese, the lady prepping them put cream cheese on it then realized her mistake, she looked over her shoulder at me then scrapped most of the cream cheese off back into the container and served it to me. also waited 15 minutes for my "midnight brew" hot coffee wich they forgot about until i reminded them. it was def not the coffee i ordered. if it was they heavily watered it down. idk know what was in that cup but it wasnt dark roast. there were 3 peopoe ahead of me yet all this still took a total of 20 minutes. how they are still operating i have no idea. not going here ever again. couldnt get one thing right. GO TO ANOTHER DUNKIN.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Staff is extremely rude and has horrible attitudes. I went today and ordered a glazed donut and then the girl who seemed to be new charged me for my order and then decided to later tell me that there were no more glazed donuts. When I asked if I could pay the extra money to get Coffee roll the staff was very rude. The girl who seemed to be the manager yelled across the store "tell her next time to ask for a coffee roll because there's a difference in price" in a very rude way. Overall bad experience from start to finish.
