The line is usually wide open here because nobody likes to come here and everybody knows this so we all usually go to the one on either side of it. But when those good ones have long lines then we are forced to come here. When you do come here there could be no cars in front of you but somehow you wait several minutes before someone even takes your order. It seems as though they’re always gossiping inside playing on their phone or just doing other stuff like socializing amongst each other. The customer is clearly not the most important part of their presence within the restaurant. The worst part is that they could have all the Time in the world and still mess up your order over and over and over again it’s almost guaranteed. The only reason why I go here is because I like my coffee. One time I left here and I went down the street to the grocery store and bought some flavored creamer and coffee and sugar and vowed to do it myself from home because I was sick and tired of the terrible service here. But sometimes you do get a nice lady at the window. So because of her I added one more star.

Came from the other Dunkin in front of Walmart because of terrible service where the employee told me he couldn't take my order on his register and couldn't pay in cash and we needed to use the kiosk. On the other hand this shop neither had the front register open but the lady took my order on the drive thru register and I was able to pay that way. I have the app but my friend was inviting me and she wanted to use cash hence our desire to walk in.

Terrible customer service, I visit this dunkin occasionally and the cashier is slow. Despite not coming in the drive thru, inside is just bad. Interior of the restaurant is just dirty. Workers need replacement.

Longest drive thru. I waited here 20 minutes. I timed it!! How is that even possible for a coffee? I don’t see myself coming back

So I decided to dine in today at this location for my first time because my wife works at this location I had ordered a pesto grilled cheese with a strawberry colatta and a donuts so the place looked a little busy and understand they work hard so I wait for my order not even 5 minutes of me sitting down this lady witch I believe is the manager of this place walking in she's really rude and unprofessional she was screaming at her employee's and me in front of other customers telling me to leave I will never spend another dime in this place this place needs new and respectful people.

For full disclosure I have a slight bias towards DD as I come from a time when they actually made fresh donuts every night and coffee was secondary. There are three stores on my main street and I go to all three to get coffee for my wife. As with many chain stores the quality of your transaction depends on the staff at the time of your purchase. Most times the staff are affable and do their job at other times service suffers. I understand that coffee has a great potential for profit however there is a point where it is just plain greed to charge such a high price, if I could get my wife to make her coffee at home I personally would not be apart of stores bottom line.
