Very poor service and rude employee. After getting food, I asked for a courtesy cup of water, something I often get at Subways. The employee told me they don't give water to customers. I asked if he would rather lose a local customer than give me a cup of water. He said he doesn't care about losing a customer. He has lost a customer.

today 04/28 around 1pm I received the worst service in all the subways I have ever been in, the service was terrible extremely rude, he made the sandwich anyway and ignored what I had asked, he still got nervous because I asked him to come back and put what I wanted! Please stay at home next time, don't go to work!

I ordered subs using the subway app. The app displayed that the order will be ready by a certain time. I received a notification from the app that the order is ready. I went in to store to pick up the order (which was 35 minutes after it was placed), the employees rudely said he has not started the order and I must wait another 10-15 minutes (After 35 minutes of ordering). Do not waste your time and order from this location. Customer service is horrible and they do not properly follow Subway guidelines, with regards to ordering through the app and accurately notifying the customer that the order is ready for pick up.

Worst subway experience I've ever had. Portions are completely different than any other subway I've been to and I get the exact same salad every time. The whole way through I kept asking the individual if it was correct portions and he kept saying yep. The amount of spinach given was so little that you couldn't even see the spinach amongst all the other ingredients. The individual helping me, heavier set older man, kept putting the salad in the mix bowl and then back into the tray. Handled my food as if it was raw meat he was dealing with. No care whatsoever that I'm watching him handle my food so poorly. I was expecting some kind of remedy for the lack of spinach but that's not what happened. Literally had to leave the subway store.

Does not follow correct measurements for subs. I used to work for subway. This was the worst sub I've ever had. I would ask for more spinach or black olives and I was told it would be extra for it which is ridiculous. Will never go back even tho I work down the street.
