This particular franchise has always been consistent, and the chicken is what KFC is supposed to be. The staff are always friendly and never make you feel like you're bothering them. Go have a nice meal served by friendly folks.

Waited 30+ min for fresh wings that were barely warm. Was told to pull around to the front & someone would bring my food out. Turns out the food wasn’t even made & I had to go back inside. Pick any other location!
Edit: my bowl doesn’t have all the items, the chicken is dry, & I didn’t get my sauces

Food is always fresh and hot and they never get my orders wrong and never have to wait around for my food for long periods of times. On top of that the employees attitudes are satisfying and friendly nice and friendly we just don't go here for the food. If that doesn't say it all I don't know what will!!!

I really don't know what happened but the last three visits(3 strikes I'm out) the quality of food has been horrible. I called and yes I could come back to replace my chicken bowl because the chicken could not be eaten...dried, old and hard enough to crack a tooth. The second bowl was very salty. I'm just done with this location.

First time at this location and last. Didn't make it to order. First stop was the restroom to wash my hand and it looked straight out of a movie. Urine covered the seats and floor. Only one sink working. No paper towels. To me, this is an indication of how the back of restaurant is kept so no way!

This location in the past was my go to but NOT so much anymore. Last few visits their drink machine must've been offline because Hawaiian punch was gross 😝. Food was old. Don't go there unless you have time to go back and complain. Just try a different location and NOT the one on hickory hollow lane its horrible too.

Ordered two chicken sandwiches. What I got was chicken jerkey.We were very disappointed. Had watched commercials all day about how good there chicken sandwiches were. This has always been the worst KFC I have ever been two.
