I was charged for a taco supreme but was given a taco. Didn’t realize the mistake until I was back at the hotel and they wouldn’t answer the phone. We were the only person in the drive thru at 8:30 pm. How can you screw up 1 out of 1 food order? I managed a Taco Bell in the 90’s and making a food item correctly is not rocket science yet it amazes how often I get terrible customer service at Taco Bell :(

While I completely understand being understaffed, I spent a half hour in the drive thru. They would take an order, then have you drive up to the window. Meanwhile the next person would hear, "we will be with you in a moment" and then would sit until the car at the window received their order and drives away before even taking the next order. This particular Taco Bell, it's not about the customers, it's about making sure the numbers look good for corporate!

This place only has drive thru open. I pulled in not knowing I couldn't go in and had my boat hooked up. The drive thru isn't big enough to take boat thru. I attempted to call a few times to see if I could order and take it. No answer any of the times. This taco bell used to be pretty decent. They obviously don't care about losing money or customers.

This would be an awesome place for a Taco Bell KFC! You can sit in the drive through line and nobody will wait on you even though the hours of operation on the door say they are open. Avoid this place after watching a video on Facebook of a guy taking a bath in the kitchen sink I will no longer do business with this establishment. Update they have since got rid of KFC since the remodel and the firing of the employee taking a bath in the kitchen sink I thought I would give it another try they still don't come to the speaker box to take your order.. avoid this place at all cost

I went through the Drive thue at Nappanee, Indiana's Taco Bell yesterday evening. I was charged $7.99 for EACH burrito supreme. The two 5 layer burritos were also $7.99 each. 2 drinks and the store was out of large cups and a order of cinnamon twist. I paid $29. Why? This is obviously not the prices at any other Store.

I'm here at 6:42 p.m. on a Sunday May 1st nobody had the consideration to even speak to me at the box to say that they weren't open they let people just drive through and wait and wait I drove up to the window I knocked on the window I seen them in there people were in there but nobody wanted to answer the window or the voice box ridiculous we need to get another general manager and that Nappanee store.
