Caitlin is the only barista that I like to be helped by. She always gets my order right, deals with my particular needs with a smile, and is an absolute delight every day. I'd love to get her as one of my employees.

I am a regular customer at this Dunkin Donuts because of the friendly conscientious staff. I will go out of my way to stop at this store even if I’m closer to another one.
