7-eleven

This is my local 7-Eleven I live very close to it so I tend to shop here and get gas about 5 days a week and I just had an extra special experience with Jonathan. He was very busy but still took the time to acknowledge all of us in line let us know that he's diligently working on taking care of everybody as well as handling a gas pump issue. I was really impressed how he kept his composure and he made sure that we all got through the line and on our merry way. Employees like Jonathan are what make our local stores still so enjoyable to shop at. Thanks for all your efforts and hard work!

I just want to Complement this one young lady that who’s attitude stands out to me. I believe her name is Nicky if I’m not mistaken. I really appreciate her attitude, high spirit and liveliness let me tell you it really makes a difference in the customers day, especially in the morning as it contributes to setting the tone for the day. I usually wouldn’t shop at 7 eleven, Walmart, Winn Dixie, Walgreens ect, Because these stores generally tend to not have good customer service. I usually opt to go elsewhere even if it means paying more for the same item. Yes customer service means that much to me. I like to be treated like I am somebody not only somebody but someone that matters. So thank you Nicky for the good customer experience every time I step a foot in through those doors. Definitely recommend this place in the mornings the afternoon crew is not so friendly.
