This Dunks has gotten much better since the revamp. It looks nice and has plenty of room to dine in. Pastry/Donut case is a nice display to see what they have in stock.

Black guy at the counter was really friendly & professional. 5 star from him. . Food was great. I recommend. Other older ladies I saw were also really friendly & professional

The gentleman this morning that helped me was so polite and friendly. The apple fritter is so good. Better than Tim Hortons for sure. Coffee is really great as well.

Great DD store. Clearly, the Manager here cares about his store and staff. They all work hard, get the orders out fast and correct every time, and they treat the customers well. In a current world where excellent customer service is often lacking, this team excels at it. Thanks, and keep it up.

They just revamped this store. Looks great! Great service always friendly and they make my coffee and tea perfectly!

Stopped in for breakfast and Iris was the cashier. She was so friendly and was very patient with my friend trying to use Apple Pay.
We sat and ate and I watched Iris with customers and she greeted everyone that came in.
Iris is an example of great customer service and an asset to the store.
The store was the cleanest Dunkin’ I’ve ever been in. The service was extremely fast.

I haven't been inside the location on Collier since it was renovated, I have only gone through drive through, but I can say that I have noticed lately that the staff there has been super pleasant, orders are ready super fast. The manager there is doing a fabulous job of training employees. Good work!
