The guy ordering today in the morning around 7am was very rude and condescending. Yelled at me for not saying my order fast enough and said it’s my job to specify how many creams sugars and pumps. I don’t normally come to this location but I’ve never had issues with other employees anywhere else with my ordering speed. It is HIS job to ask me if I want cream or sugar. I don’t automatically know how all the drinks are prepared. Very rude and then told me to learn my order and to repeat it back to him several times when all I wanted was my drink. Essentially held my drink hostage. I know I have an accent but so does he and he did NOT have to speak to me in that way. If he doesn’t like his Job he can go somewhere else.

Worst customer service ever !! I don’t understand how this franchise remains open, now I am very patient when it comes to waiting since I know many locations are short staffed but one morning I went into this Dunkin’ with my friend and the guy messed up my order and we had been waiting 15 minutes as it is and when my order was finally done I get the incorrect food, I told the “manager” if that’s what you can call a manager my order was wrong and instead of making it right and giving me my correct order he stated I’m the one who didn’t order correctly when my friend was there and he even repeated the order out loud back to us. So why wouldn’t he provide great customer service and own up to his mistake and make it right ?? That’s exactly why I rather spend the extra money and go to Starbucks because at least I know they’ll do anything to make it right especially when they know they were in the wrong. It’s called CUSTOMER SERVICE and keep in mind I was being very respectful up until the manager tried charging me and saying it was my fault.

3 strikes it’s time to leave a review. I’ve had the same or similar problems each time so I’ll just outline my latest experience with this store. Only car in drive thru but waited a few minutes to have order taken and had a several minute long wait at the window to pay. There was a terrible cleaning product smell coming through the window. Reminded me of the types of cleaner used in daycares and hospitals and I lost my appetite. Did not receive everything I ordered and had to go back to the store to get my missing items. No one at the counter and a few equally annoyed customers waiting around for their orders. Took a couple minutes to get an employees attention and get the remainder of my order. Grill items, tater tots and egg wrap, were inedible. They had an awful metallic taste and were also burnt. Never going back, I suggest you drive a little farther to a different location.

Over charged me at first. Then said I didn't pay, that my card declined. When I checked my bank statement, it did go through, for way more than it should have. No idea what I was charged for but I will be disputing the entire charge. The people working were completely incompetent.

Absolutely disgusting store, nobody had masks on, flies everywhere, no aprons, and aside from not even getting the black coffee we asked for the young man at the front register has zero idea about how to use his gloved hands and then the register. Do not get anything from this Dunkin because you can’t be sure if people are scratching their nuts and then bare back grabbing your food before giving it to you. This is not a staffing issue, this is a genera cleanliness issue.

I asked for a medium hot coffee with sugar free hazelnut and cream. They gave me a large hot coffee with regular hazelnut syrup and added sugar. I drank it thinking they messed up the size only. This could be poison for a diabetic person drinking it unknowingly. The guy at the window was attending a personal call as well. Management, please pay more attention.

So I went today 10/11/21at 1120 am as the kids were off from school. we ordered 6 donuts. First of all they didn't have anything available and then this lady who was working in the window cramped 6 donuts in one bag. All of the donuts were completely smashed. She didn't even apologize when we asked for a box and extremely rude started saying that we ordered one by one. I will never go to this place again, completely ruined my day with the kids! I'd give zero start if could.
