Panera Bread

Panera Bread is everything! All of the food here is really great and mouth-watering. You will absolutely love every single bite you have here. All of their food is phenomenal. Everything on the menu is really worth trying and can really satisfy your cravings. Their pricing is also great, affordable, fair, and reasonable. You can save a lot of money here compared to other stores around the area. They have sandwiches, salad, bread, pasta, desserts, soups, and beverages. Everything is made to perfection. You can really tell that all of their food is freshly cooked and homemade. They will serve it to you while it is hot. Their menu is really mind-blowing and awesome! Panera Bread is exceptional! Their place is huge, clean, neat, nice, decent, bright, and organized. It has a good ambiance inside, the tables and chairs are perfectly aligned, and they also have interesting decors and designs. The whole place is very welcoming. The only problem I’ve seen the time I visited this place is the service of some of their staff, some of them are not paying attention to some of their customers, and also they are not that good. But still, this place is really great. They can still satisfy the customers and give the customers an amazing experience. This place is really a gem! They are one of the most visited spots here in Naperville. If you are nearby this area you must visit this place. You will absolutely love everything they have here. This place never disappoints. Panera Bread is highly recommended! I will definitely go back and visit this place again. Thank you for your awesome service! Kudos to all of you!

Food is ok, it is panera so of course its at least good. Food just seems better when served with a smile, which this place is lacking. Workers always seem overworked and busy with online orders, they tend to resent dine-in customers it seems. And hey, I get it. Management probably has them put priority on what is busiest. It would be nice to order from a semi-friendly person at least more than half of the time I visit. Maybe they need to hire more employees to take some pressure off of there ones overworked? Hopefully it improves...

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. I can't get a hold of anyone at this location. I've tried for the past 1 1/2 hour. I pressed the catering option which prompts you to another location and they even emailed and tried calling and still no response. My delivery order was completely wrong. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. Usually when people go to work they do their jobs, at this location that's obviously what doesn't happen. I want a full refund and will never order from this place again.

I love Panera Bread, especially their Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt. The bread is fresh, the avocado creamy, and the chipotle on top is delicious! We came in for breakfast this morning and tried some new stuff. The chocolate croissant and Spinach & Bacon Soufflé. Both were delicious with light flaky pastry and delicious ingredients. This restaurant however needs some TLC. The staff were low energy, unenthusiastic, and the tables are sticky!

I got the sandwich and soup combo and the meal was delicious. Panera uses quality ingredients and you get a good portion size. The only issue I had is that I ordered on my mobile device and when I arrived at Panera approximately 15 minutes later, my order was not ready. After i reviewed the order, it was scheduled for an hour later for some reason, but I was able to get quick help from the rep at the window to get the meal rather quickly. I have been to this location several times and I'm always satisfied with their service and meals.
