Arby's

The food was good. Service was fast but the people working were not very friendly and just wanted to rush to close the window. Was already closing the windiwbwhike I was asking if we had our sauce. Which I could understand maybe if there was a line or they were super busy. But no. Just seemed rude for someone working on customer service

I went through the drive up and ordered the new Classic Primrib sandwich. Looked great in the commercial! Looked great when I saw it advertised in the picture! When I got the sandwich, if you can call it that, it was sorry! It almost had no peppers! Same for the “meat”! I mean come on! Arby’s is known for the meat!! I don’t know if the person who made the sandwich was trying to save money, or if they just didn’t know how to make it! They should have shown the person a picture of the sandwich and said, this is what it should look like! Every time I have gone to Arby’s, have never been disappointed! I’m but I was disappointed this time! The only reason I gave a star at all was because the person who served me was polite and courteous. She should get five stars. Thanks, maybe I’ll just stick to my old favorites and not try anything new! If I come again!

Go for the meats!!! Updated review as of 6/4/19. Had The ultimate BLT which is a seasonal sandwich. Lots of bacon on a wheat sandwich type bread. Each bite I took I had bacon. The downside was I felt the lettuce was a bit sour. This is my first visit since a remodel and the place looks very nice and comfortable. If you're hungry for meat this is the place to go.
