Food was hot and arrived in a timely manner. The waitress was friendly and had a great attitude about her job.

Definitely one of the better Ihops. Service has been quite on point the last few times I've been there (and I end up getting more annoyed with loud teenagers or families with young kids but that's not a mark against the restaurant itself).
Food is fresh but not amazing, but is reasonable enough for these sit-down fast food restaurants.

The waiters looked like tired and frustrated. I felt like they were upset to serve. I know that it was late night, but this is the first time I got my food with that manner.

Had the new Waffle combo meal. Best breakfast I had purchased in a very long time. Our server was super! And she was busy! But kept a smile. She fixed my order before it came to the table. She made it an great experience!

I love eating at IHOP the last time me an my mom was there the food didn't taste very good I was a little upset an the lady that was taking r orders she was mean.

I would like to start off with saying I do not like IHOP I have never had a good experience at IHOP. I have never had a good waiter or food at IHOP.
This was the first time I enjoyed my visit.
The food was good the server was great. It was still ugly inside but this warranted coming back.
I ordered a chicken breakfast biscuit and is was big and good.
The seafood platter was perfect.

We decided to stop by after Christmas Mass, and we were lucky they were open that day. The servers were wonderful and our food was good. The only meal that was a bit off was my lemon custard with berries crepes. The cream was a little off and not mixed enough. I still ate it just wasn't the best. The kids' chocolate chip pancakes were great! We made sure to tip our waiter extra for working on Christmas! Ps: I'm going to come back and try the crapes again!

Food we ordered for dinner are pretty basic breakfast dish and sure no way to mess up. Omellete is well seasoned as always, bacon, hashbrown and toast were done right and pancake is yummy good as expected. The place is clean and well maintained. Server was very nice and very attentive as well. And yes, breakfast all day - satisfied 😋

Absolutely Awesome 👌 and our waitress is a hustler and took care of us the whole time and did not make excuses. Extremely patient and understood out situation. Definitely will and worth going back.
