Kfc

The majority of times I've been there to eat or take away via drive through the food has been great,..hot and fresh! I'm in favour of the quality controlled chicken they serve at KFC as compared to McDonald's whose staff are mostly school kids who can't cook that well yet, and when they introduced chicken pieces to their menu there they didn't know a piece of breast meat from a thigh and burned the chicken to a crisp. KFC however know their biz! 😃🤤

Went at 4.30pm Sunday arvo. Was pleased that it was nice and quiet, 1person inside and 2 in the drive thru. 6 items in my order, received the order went back to the car to realise they didn't give me my drink. Went back in , got my drink and drove home only to find out at home no coleslaw that I paid extra for. See every 3rd time I go here they manage to get my order wrong.

We were there on the 4/6/22 1st'staff member got our orderwron had to repeat it 3times, went to pay 2nd staff member got our order wrong, went to pick up our order 3rd staff member got our order wrong now we are sitting in the parking area waiting for our order. How in the hell can 3 staff members get our order wrong they need to listen properly to what the customers are saying that's why people get annoyed and go Elseware

I don't think I've ever been there where the drive through isn't lined up. And I've been there for lunch and dinner. So I always go inside as it is generally quicker. Store is small and with restrictions you may have to wait outside if it's to busy, but this hasn't happened to me. Staff are friendly and no one has made a mistake with my orders so that's a bonus.
