Had an Uber order here and the lady said she couldn’t find it in their system (it was a large order). I called support and all the sudden the order was canceled. The agent came back on the phone and told me the restaurant canceled the order. Why offer Uber Eats if you do not want to fulfill the orders Hardee’s?? AWFUL LOCATION!!!

Only have been to this location a few times and after today's visit I won't be returning. The incompetency in the kitchen is mind blowing. It shouldn't take three attempts to make one cheeseburger with ketchup only and one double cheeseburger ketchup only. When that seemingly impossible task was finally completed the rest of our food was some cold. Not that it was very warm or fresh to begin with. To anyone wanting to try Hardee's pick a different location or just go nextdoor to Burger King. I wish we would have.

Consistently closes earlier than as advertised; today they said their location no longer carries the 1/3lb Angus and they now refuse the low-carb option yet they still carry the Hardee's namesake?🤔

Went to the drive-thru ordered two Hardee's breakfast platters both with bacon and a large drink... At first I actually ordered one sausage one bacon and then said no make them both bacon please only to get to the window and they had only placed the order for one and then was upset when I told them that I had ordered two when handed me back my change they handed me the receipt and bills first and put the change on top and it went all over the parking lot was very rude to me and never once apologized

Very clean Hardee's. Restrooms spotless, a reflection on the management. Food was great. Drive thru order always on point.

Fries were great but burger was cold. It was like the meat sat after cooking and bun was like they had just taken time out of the fridge. Staff was friendly.

I just got food from there and the guy didn't give me my pies that I paid for and I tried to call numerous times but yet no one is available to take my calls.. its just sad on how this world has became and how things are compared to growing up as a kid
