Having been to so many Panera stores, and being a foodie who also eats out at 5 star fine dining restaurants, I thought their service was SO great I’m writing a review. The service, cleanliness and food has never been better at a Panera than here! I was blown away by how friendly the staff was and how intensely they were cleaning the most basic areas, commonly forgotten, like the underside of tables. I’m just seriously impressed with everything about this place. GREAT staff.

I got the Chipotle chicken wrap and a toasted blueberry bagel with honey chestnut cream cheese, and let me just say it was amazing!! I had a light roast coffee to go with it all and I loved the breakfast, I would recommend that to anybody!

The food is good. The indoor seating out last visit was filthy. Napkins on the ground. Stains on the walls. Crumbs everywhere. I was happy to leave. The food was good though so 3 stars.

I came this morning and received the most INCREDIBLE SERVICE from Michelle. Please promote this lady! As an employer in Detroit, I am very aware of excellent service. This lady has it in spades! Thank you for an incredible start to my day!

The food was great. The whole restaurant seemed dirty. Crumbs everywhere, dirty napkins on the floor, and stuff splatter all over almost every wall. The staff starting vacuuming right beside us while we were eating, and they were cleaning up dishes behind us very loudly.

Panera is not like it use to be. Customer service is okay but could be better. Prices have drastically gone up and deters me from wanting to return . However, restaurant is kept clean.

We love Panera. Eat here all the time. But, they have some issues.
I typing this as I've been waiting 30 minutes for my "you pick 2" soup and salad. They are frequently out of ingredients. All the employees are great and friendly. The food is consistent good (when they have all the ingredients). But, they just can't get it together.
The chances of you walking in, and walking out with your complete order in 6-8 minutes is about 20%.
