Applebee's

We go here occasionally and it's usually okay, nothing special. This time we went and were seated in the bar area. After about 15 minutes of waiting and not being acknowledged at all, we just decided to leave and go to Chili's instead. We watched several other groups get drinks and place their orders in the meantime. Not sure who our server was even supposed to be or who was at fault, but we were not happy.

Went on a Saturday with friends. Was seated promptly. Waitress came right away asking what drinks and offered appetizers. 4 of the ppl in our group got the 12.99 special which was all you can eat wings,shrimp,riblets. I ordered the pick 3 appetizers. We also ordered the $1 drink special frostbite. And sex on the beach cocktail. They were good. Our food came fast,hot,good. The waitress put in 2nd orders for the ayce entrees fast. It was busy that night and food came fast. Our waitress stayed on top of things for our table. Which was much appreciated. Great evening with friends.

It was outstanding. My wife and I are Veterans and the menu for the free meals offered to us were amazing. The service was incredibly fast. The atmosphere was very pleasant. On behalf of all Veterans I want to sincerely thank you for your generosity and your heart felt gratitude in honoring us. God bless Applebee's 🙏

It took about 45 minutes to get our food and my garlicky green beans were cold and mine and my nieces steaks were barely warm and very chewy which mine was medium and gets was medium rare so they definitely shouldn't have been tough to eat.. Don't know if they left or did set while they were getting take it orders ready or what but we were not pleased. The food had always been good and hot other times I have been there, but very disappointing tonight

I give my rating of 3 stars for two reasons, one, the customer service is great, the young ladies handling the to go and doordash and grub hub orders hustle and get the orders together as fast as they can and they are very polite, and second, the food is good. If not for those two things it would have been given 1 star.When you go in and pick up an order and look at the wooden railing the crud on it is caked on there like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks, everytime i go in I notice it, ownership really needs to replace the flooring as it has been ran down quite a bit, and the servers are getting paid $2.19 per hour, which barely covers taxes from credit card tips. Something needs to be changed regarding that.
