Mexican Express

Hidden mexican gem in one of the famous by lanes of bandra. Small, well lit place, welcoming staff and ofcourse good food. We tried hardshell tacos with the filling of tofu and served sour cream salsa, shells were perfectly hard and filling went well. Cottage cheese quesadilla had less of filling- with cheese and cottage cheese and some herbs or sauce , this dish can be great. Fajita veggies pizza - Cant get over this. Veggies stuffed between 2 thin crusts tortilla topped with cheese and jalapeños, it was so satiating, had a tinge of sweetness which enhanced the flavour. We chose Cottage cheese burrito with black bean filling. The tortilla wraps tasted fresh and soft. Overall - very good experience. Definitely coming back for more.

An authentic pure veg Mexican joint in the heart of Bandra. We ordered the black bean burrito, potato soft shell tacos, and veg quesadillas. All the dishes were served with salsa, guacamole and a cheesy dip. The food was really good and tummy filling. All 3 dishes were perfectly cooked. The preparation time was a little too long. Plus they do not keep mineral water. The service was good.

A small restaurant located in Pali hills which serves yummy Mexican food. Though the restaurant is small, the staff is very friendly. We could taste freshness in every bit of food. We had ordered - Appetizers- Fiesta Nachos - Crunchy and cheesy with blended perfectly with salsa. (A must have). Mains- Burrito bowl - Beautiful presentation and tasty as well. Tachos hard shelled - 1. Fajita veggies and 2. Black Bean and Corn Crispy tacos with cheesy sauces and salsa. Mexican Pizza - Double layered pizza served with 3 tasty dips. Churros - Mexican speciality served with chocolatey nutella dip. One of the best eatery serving Mexican food in Mumbai.

It's a place for chill and casual dining or more appropriate to say heavy snacks I tried with; Nacho (cheese sauce): it was like the normal nacho we have everywhere but descent enough. Quesadilla (only cheese) : this dish I must say is a must try it's filled with beans some cheese sauce and its basic ingredients but it was definitely delicious. For drinks it was virgin mojito (worth it) and sparkling pink guava. So overall it was quite chill and pretty peaceful with its ambience ... worth going once.

This is one of the authentic places to get quintessential Mexican food. The place may be a bit small but has enough space to accommodate people visiting the place.  the serving staff deserves accolades for their awe-inspiring service. the well trained serving staff will surely make your visit to the place a memory. we tried chips with seven layer dip, fiesta nachos, mushroom burrito, mexican pizza, and churros. 7 layer dip: a perfect combination of seven different layer that goes well with baked crisp corn chips. seven layer includes black beans, sour cream, salsa, guacamole, jalapenos, olives, and cheese. the presentation of seven layer dip was fantastic. a tip of cilantro over the top of seven layer made the presentation appealing. fiesta nachos: Nachos overwhelmed with beans, salsa, sour cream, guacamole and cheese were great in taste. a must have thing if you love nachos. mushroom burrito: It must be served with a word of warning. warning because it was so huge that it is really tough for a single person to eat it alone. burrito was made up of tortilla flour with stuffing including cilantro white rice, black beans, pinto beans, corn salsa, sour cream and few other thing. the burrito comes with white as well as brown rice.  i loved the burrito a lot. Mexican Pizza:  The best pizza I ever had. The base made it best, I guess. The base of pizza was prepared with tortilla flour. stuffed mainly with capsicum and onion and layered with cheese, this was the best thing i tried at this place. a must try dish here. Churros: A dessert that gives you a perfect ending to your meal. comes with chocolate or nutella dip, the churros reminded me of my home made sweet pakodas made up of gur. My experience with this place was great.  A great thanks to the staff for keeping up the good work.

In mood for some Mexican food? Head to this cute little joint in Pali Hill, Bandra which serves authentic Mexican cuisine in quick service format. Coming to the food we tried- Fiesta Nachos: You HAVE to try this here. Baked crisp corn chips topped with pinto beans, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, jalapeño, black olives and their in-house cheese sauce. A delight to eat! Cottage Cheese Burrito: Healthy and too filling. You can't finish this alone. It is overloaded with ingredients- cilantro lime rice, black and pinto beans, salsa, cottage cheese, pico de gallo, etc. Mushroom Quesadillas: Must try! Loved the three cheese combination with mushroom stuffed in soft tortilla. Served with delicious guacamole, pico de gallo and sour cream. Mexican Pizza: This one is off-menu since it's a new addition. It was topped with black olives, jalapeño and lots of cheese, and stuffed inside with a lot of black beans which were kind of ruining the taste. Didn't like this one much. Tacos: We ordered Fajita Veggies Taco in hard shell. You can also opt for soft shell taco. Again, the guacamole here is one of the best! Nutella Churros: We had warm, crusty churros with nutella for dessert and couldn't ask for a better way to end the meal! Do try it. Ambience is quite simple with high stools and tables. The staff behind the counter greets you with a smile. Go for awesome Mexican food!

Mexican express is a cute little outlet located in Pali hill, Bandra. As the name says it's a Mexican themed restaurant serving classic Mexican dishes. The ambience is nice and cozy. Music is good. The chef makes fresh and hot food, as you order. Also most of the dishes here are very healthy, as the ingredients used are really good. All the dishes were presented and served very nicely! So coming to the food, I tried- • Fiesta nachos- This is a really good dish, trust me you might have tried nachos before, but do give a shot here It's one of the best dish I had here. *Recommended • Cottage cheese Burrito bowl- Hungry and craving for something healthy at the same time? Order this, it's good enough for two people both tastewise and quantity wise. • Enchiladas with green pepper, onion and corn- This was my first time trying enchiladas! And I already love it! It was really amazing! • Quesadillas with fajita veggies and cheese- Thin and soft tortillas with stuffed fillings baked to perfection. *Highly Recommended. • Tacos with Fajita veggies and cottage cheese- I was already full so just tried a bite. The one with fajita veggies was nice but the one with, cottage cheese was heaven. • Churros with Chocolate sauce and Nutella- Cinnamon sticks served with Nutella and chocolate sauce. It was warm and soft and tasted best with Nutella. Overall a must visit place, if you want to try or if you love Mexican food! As per my experience, this place served the best Mexican food, amongst the ones I tried till now. (Loved the guacamole here*) Will surely visit here again! Great job team. Kudos!

Mexican express Pure veg delivery kitchen really good n must try ... the packing was well done ... the food was warm n fresh ... THEY SERVE JAIN... So we ate burrito bowl with fajita:it was really nice n spicy ...how the Mexican food should be ... just would like if there was less beans ... but the flavours were simply outstanding Enchiladas corn n black been with a side of sour cream and pico de gallo and guac : well it was on sweet side .. but the taste was good ...they could cut down on the sweetness in the sauce ... the portion size was really good and stuffing was sufficient... Nacho chips with guac: gauc was really really good ...like must must try ... Nutella quesadilla : it was good too...but u hve to eat as n when prepared...but nice In all a very good dinner .. must try out ...

True to Mexican cuisine, Mexican Express serves up great tasting Mexican food. A small eatery with high stools, a tad bit unconformable to sit on. But the food makes up for it. Savoured some delicious Feista Nachos dipped in cheesy sauce. The guacamole has a delicious addictive taste. Enjoyed the Burrito bowl too, quite a good quantity. But best of all was the Mexican pizza that I savoured for the first time. You can order takeaway from swiggy, scootsy in the rains too.

Mexican Express, located on 16th Road, is an a year old small little cute cafe serving some lip-smacking Tex-Mex & even only Mexican cuisine. We thought to give a break to our routine food which is most of the time oily & fatty & gave a try to Mexican Express. We tried & loved below-mentioned food items & recommend the same to you guys too. Tex-Mex Nachos Mushroom Burrito Bowl Tacos Hard Shelled with Mushrooms Churros with Nutella It's an open kitchen concept here & we really appreciate the hygiene measures strictly followed here.
