Found this little nook-n-cranny and they had great tea! The boba is really good and there's a lot of toppings to choose from! I got Thai tea with bubbles and strawberry hearts topped with whipped cream!

It's a small but sweet spot in Mountain View, CA. If you're feeling hot or have sweet cravings or just boba craving you should stop here. Yes, it's no different than other boba places but this one has tables and chairs you can chill or work on homework or maybe do a little "work." It's not too loud. It's clean and they also serve food. I ordered the Taro with boba and it was delish! It was hot that day so it was the perfect drink after I had lunch. Beware though not too many spot for parking, may have to drive around if it's busier than normal.

The staff were very friendly and my customised boba drink was tasty and just right. The seating area is large and has free wifi. The furniture is a bit mismatched but you can tell they've put in effort to make it more appealing and comfortable. Their prices are very competitive. They also have a small food menu that I saw many people ordering food off of.

TapEx is the milk tea of my youth, back when milk tea first hit the Bay Area, long before it exploded into the ubiquitous Asian hangout/drink spot that it is today. That nostalgia probably why I am ok with milk tea at TapEx, even though it's not as good as, say, Tea Era, and I definitely enjoy the popcorn chicken more than I should. However, I would steer clear of the meal boxes here: the rice and the egg were dry, and the vegetables were lackluster.

Pleasantly surprised to find they use real rosebuds for the rose milk tea! The tea seems a little over steeped to me but others may prefer the flavor. Also, bonus points for excellent service :)

We go there all the time. Both the tea and the food taste just like in Taiwan night market (that's a good thing). Service is a little slow, probably due to the skeleton crew that runs the place in these hard Corona days.
