Panera Bread

We frequent this restaurant a lot. Top notch, super clean and always relaxing. We especially like the outdoor seating. The staff and management are great! One night we went in and one of the dining room gals went above and beyond. We ordered coffee and it was a hour before closing time. She smiled and still offered to make us a fresh pot. Don’t understand why people complain about the prices. Its $9+ at a McDonalds?!?!! We normally spend $11-$12 each which is well worth getting some nutrition. I ❤️ the sip club and rewards! Panara is one of the few restaurants we will eat when we’re through Mt.Vernon.

I used to work at this panera. The managers are very rude and I was scheduled full time but they gave me very little hours and had to move because nothing was changing. The way they treated employees was based off of favoritism. Now I'm again working at the Champaign Convince Pl. Panera Cafe and they are awesome, supportive, and uplifting. Rain or shine there's never a dull day at this location.

Worst and dirtiest Panera I've ever visited. No coffee was in either pot after I was told they would brew more. They didn't so paid for a cup. Meal was cold and we were the only customers. Bathrooms were filthy as well as dirty and trashy outside. It was also the smallest portions I have ever been served. Management needs changed.

Disappointed reason for the 1 start. Ordered and paid for two Greek Salad with chicken but when we open the order NO CHICKEN! The staff seems to be confused when we picked up the order from the window. Note the inside was closed and can only order via drive thru Waiting to pick up order, a lady popped her head out of the window and asked did you order the salad? Should she know by looking at her system? No other car was in front of us. It was too late to let the Panera Bread employees know since we found out after we arrived at our hotel.
