Panera Bread

Came to this Panera for lunch yesterday and had a great experience. Food was great and the service was fast. Staff are very friendly (a big shoutout to the lovely gentleman who helped us carry our plates to where we were sitting!) I personally love their Caesar salad and Mac n cheese, my family members enjoyed the sesame salad and the Mediterranean veggie sandwich. We tried out the pepperoni flatbread, it wasn’t too bad but we thought the cheese had an odd flavor and we’d probably never order it again. Everything else was delicious, this is definitely one of my favorite Panera’s to go to when I’m in the area.

No encouragement of social distancing or masking. Lots of unmasked people. We are vaccinated Panera fans but probably won’t return because of this. My grilled cheese sandwich had such a thin slice of cheese that it was difficult to find or taste. See picture. Otherwise the soup was good and my wife’s salad and soup were good.

I bought 2 muffins here on 10/17/21. When I asked the boy at the counter if they were blueberry, he said yes. Even his co-worker standing next to him nodded.. When I got home and took a bite, the berries were bright pink. They are cranberry muffins. I can tell by the bitter taste. Not happy and very disappointed!

Fast service, nice looking inside and outside patio. Food tasted great. Ordered buffalo chicken bacon pizza, mac and cheese, ceasar salad, chicken noodle soup and tuna sandwich. Disappointed they did not have Turkey. Bacon turkey bravo was my preferred sandwich. Also ordered green drink. Nice atmosphere.

I had SUCH. AN. AMAZING experience at Panera today! My best friend and I came for dinner and we had confusions with our salad orders. My friend ended up getting a different salad than she expected when ordering and was unsatisfied with her meal. All of the sudden, one of the staff named June (shoutout to June!), approached our table and offered to make a different salad for my friend. Neither I nor my friend expected this type of kindness; and June did not fail us! She offered to and made a new salad for my friend, even though we insisted on her not because of the work it would be. She insisted on us being satisfied with our meals, and even offered free cookies for us. What an amazing experience, it truly made our day!

Use to go to the Nixon Drive location but staff messed up way too many times on how they prepared food. Last straw was when Frontega Chicken sandwich literally had no chicken. Drove to Mt. Laurel despite it not being nearby and while subpar, I still had some patience left. Well, today I ran out of patience when our sandwiches & soups were barely filled. Spent $30 with absolutely nothing to show for it. I could be forgiving if I knew they were visibly busy or it was during their rush hour, but it wasn’t. Doesn’t help that this a continuous pattern for both locations so can’t say it’s a one time thing. Welp, no longer eating at Panera.

You can always be relax here! Sometimes crowded in lunch time, but there are enough tables and seats so you can use your time here! Kind staffs always see around and they take our plate done kindly. I love here!!! The menu is of course good same quality as other Paneras. Of course there are enough parking lots so no worry about it!!! You should come to have good cafe menus!!!
