Terrible service. Forgot food in our order. No ice in the lukewarm drinks. You don't need to ask "is that all?" After everything I order. Out of biscuits. Would give a lower rating but I have to give at least 1 star.

I used KFC catering for a party of 40 guests. I placed the order five days in advance and spoke to Beverly who was very helpful. I called back the day prior and also reviewed everything with Freedom.The mashed potatoes and gravy were still hot, however there were so many separate containers of potatoes the bottom container had been squashed and potatoes had come out everywhere on the outside of the containers, so I had to place the potatoes in a separate bowl to be presentable. The crispy fried chicken was good but the original chicken that I had also purchased was very noticeably oily. I had also ordered green beans for 40 people but NO GREEN BEANS arrived with the order and my husband did not realize it till he had driven 10 miles back to our house. Great update and service! - initial visit
Returned a few days later, enjoyed our meal in the restaurant. The employees were very nice, respectful and seemed to be enjoying working together.

We ordered a 12 piece and the chicken was so salty, the mashed potatoes we ordered did not have any gravy and the biscuits were so dry. Horrible meal. Have given this spot 3 times and each time there has been disappointment.

The chicken breast meal was fine. Biscuit was good as usual. Just a bit skimpy on coleslaw serving. Price was as expected.

Get home and no gravy clearly everyone loves that part so annoying you spend 60 and its all the way across town and they dont get your order correct. You call and call the phone is off the hook you cant reach anyone
