Jose is the best. He took a bad situation that was not his or the staff's fault and through quality caring customer service made everything much better. I really appreciate it Jose. I will eat here as long as I know Jose is there to keep the standards high and quality of customer customer service unmatched locally. KFC guys like Jose are gonna keep you on the Map. Pay the Man.

I felt the girl that waited on us did a great job. I did however not like the idea that her supervisor was getting on her for not being efficient and it was in front of staff and customers. She should have taken her to the side or to another room for this. I feel the supervisor could use more training. There also was not enough staff for as busy as they were. Thanks for allowing me to vent my thoughts.

The only thing here is that they didn't have the pot pie my bf wanted however the food we did receive was hot and fresh, the women's bathroom needed a little TLC was out of toilet paper.

Would give this place a higher rating (possibly lower) if able to see the inside of the building. But the indoor was closed. Drive thru was very busy but moved along fairly quickly - even with a long drive back home food (Famous Bowl) still very hot and tasty. Good job KFC

Always consistent, food is hot & good. The staff are always friendly especially the guy who works the drive through... very pleasant. Overall I enjoy going to this KFC in Mount Dora - near Pet Supermarket.
