I was charged by error the customer order who was behind me in the drive thru,kindly the supervisor replaced my order for free.
Update! A second good experience, the nice lady at the drive through gave us for free a couple of cake pops , thanks!
My most recent visit was on my son birthday he couldn’t download his app for his birthday free drink and the guy who took our order was the sweetest guy, he still allowed my son to get his free drink with his own discount, if he reads this positive review thank you again hun for your excellent service!

Matt, Natasha, and Zeak were so beyond incredible tonight. I was at the window of their drive-through with tears in my eyes (just one of those days kinda thing) and they all made it so much better! This Starbucks is great! Staff is always friendly no matter how busy it is and I've never had an incorrect drink. I have another option closer but will drive out of my way just for the staff at this location

We always go to this Starbucks, but today we had a truly wonderful experience thanks to Hannah working at the drive-thru window. She was kind, friendly and made our day so much better! We look forward to seeing Hannah again for our next Starbucks run!
