So I am officially leaving commercial restaurants alone. Although the service was mediocre...at best...the overall cleanliness was disturbing. We ordered mimosas and orange juice...cups were filthy and crusty to the touch. We opted for for paper cups after getting them replaced twice. Our food had pieces of hair. We ordered beignet that was still doughy so it was not done. My husband ordered steak...medium and it was burnt. Just terrible...we paid in full and left a tip...respectfully. but my coins will no longer support commercial establishments that neglect a hygienic environment or value the services that are being delivered. It was a pleasant experience. Even though I was told 10 minutes, I was seated almost immediately. All of the staff were friendly and courteous. My server was efficient and repeatedly checked to make sure I had everything I needed. Good job Cracker Barrel

My family and I, visited Cracker Barrel at this location this morning around 1045am. The wait time was 20 to 25 minutes. We was seated in a timely manner, and the waiter came to our table within 15 minutes for the drink orders. Everyone at my table ordered drinks , and was ready for the food order as well. Our food came to the table after 30mins, and the food was cold (eggs, grits and pancakes), one of my daughters orders a kids meal cheese burgers (it was burnt). We spoke with the manager who agreed that the food wasn't standard and re-dusedI our bill.. I don't know if the cooks was new or what was going on but it wasn't the best or standard.. 6/8/2022 Let's say it together "LACKLUSTER"
Upon arrival, we was greeted and atmosphere friendly and decor is so beautiful just make you want to buy everything inside the country store.
So,,,we're just browsing around and every other second someone is asking if they can help us. Wait, so wasn't you and you, oh and you 😒🙄 just with the other person and we said we are looking around. Smh. Anyway, I digress.
So, we finally ordered our food. The waitress was dry, and annoyed she had to take our carryout order. I ordered some items and my friend ordered some items. One in particular item I ordered was from the online menu and it was 3 cheese squash casserole. So, we was instructed to wait in dining room or we can sit in rocking chairs outside. Cool 😎. Then 20 minutes later while we was outside the waitress that took our order walked out and left. So, I go inside to see if our order is ready. Nope 🙅🏻, but then I'm told they dont have 3 cheese squash casserole. Wait, really, wow. So I was giving a salad choice 🥗, which by the way was delicious 😋 but it wasn't what I wanted. I then go back outside, and maybe 15 minutes later someone came and said our order is ready. We go back inside to get our order and we're told they didn't have a particular dessert. I'm so confused 😕 like when we're ordering why aren't we told or updated soon as possible about missing items. Something that should have taken 30 minutes took well over a hour. Oh wait, then on top of that, we bought 2 things in the store, and I'm so confused why they both wasn't placed in the bag.
This trip was bad all the way around. But, to be fair there were some good and friendly staff. We just didn't get them...

This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had at cracker barrel. It was so bad, that I never want to go back to any cracker barrel. We received it after 30 minutes, which was fine since we shopped around in the store... But we're finally seated and it's 1 hour before we're told that they're out of the food that I ordered and out of part of the food that my husband ordered. His was that they were out of hash brown casserole And he offered mashed potatoes as an option..... for a My husband got nothing....and for me they were out of the fried turkey... I then ordered chicken and it was dry as a bone. The gravy that they threw on top of it ....that I asked for on the side.... Tasted flavorless and was basically congealed flour. His sausage was pink and his coffee was so weak it was ridiculous, it tasted watered down. I asked for water with lemon and I never got it. He never got those "best preserves" with his biscuits. Our waiter next to never checked on us. The $5.99 mimosa was extremely small, as you can see in the photo. Not worth any money. I'll never I eat here again. Truly disgusting experience

Where else can you get 4 pieces of chicken, a hearty portion of meatloaf, dumplings, ham, 5 sides and four muffins for $35?!!! Need I say more? Glad we got it to go. No one felt like driving after eating. 😄😄😄
PS: Be prepared to season it.

Went here today for lunch at 2pm. It was a 30 minute wait, which was fine because they had a store to look around and shop. Had the southern fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, steam broccoli and biscuits with a sweet tea. The food was delicious and the waitress was very friendly and nice!! Definitely enjoyed everything!!
