Made to go order almost $40.00 ,as you can tell the hickory burban pork chop has very little sauce and the butter for the baked potato for the other dishes didn't have a lid on it so of course when they put it in the to go bag it was all over the place in the bag , no utensils to eat with so guess what happened when we arrived at the lake for a sunset dinner .
Not happening, had to go to store to get something to eat with !!! Thanks for letting us have a great evening Ruby Tuesday.
Never see my money again and will show the pictures to ever one I know and see

Stop by on labor day after a date day with the hubby. I never write reviews but I feel like I need to on this one. With all the covid mess going on right now actually eating in a restaurant is a treat itself but the manager FRANK went completely out of his way to make sure our meal was perfect. He explained their safety measures as far as the virus is concerned then checked our order. He came by again to make sure everything was still ok. He made sure our drinks were what we ordered then he recommended another kind and we tried it and loved it. This is why I feel like I needed to brag on this restaurant. As a normal thing you never see the manager. He WAS there. He made sure EVERYTHING was right and had the best personality ever. The restaurant was spotless and food was amazing. We now have a new date night go to.. and EVERY manager should be like FRANK!!!!

The service was great and the food was yummy. 1 tip, I am a southern woman. And southern women LOVE their sweet tea. Our server told us that they are only allowed to used a certain amount of sugar. Please let them sweeten the tea. We will definitely be back.

The meal was good but our server, John, was working the bar and having to cover tables as well as handle "to-go" orders. The man was working so fast trying to take care of everything. We had to wait quite a while for our food while it sat up under the heat lamp. I have no complaints about our server, he wasn't slacking one bit. Now the management and other employees, that's a different story. Why didn't any one step up and give him a helping hand? There were a few other employees just sort of aimlessly milling around and I assume when I saw the manager leave the building that perhaps he was taking a break. He did return in about 15 minutes. Someone should have been managing the restaurant.

I recently was at Ruby Tuesday’s and I had a phenomenal experience. The staff was great, but the main person that stood out to me was the GM. She made sure our experience was amazing and made me feel super happy with my experience. She made sure everything was in order and helped with anything I needed. I hope to see her there again:)

Very happy with this location. The food tasted great. Our waitress was great (customer service was wonderful). I didn't have any complaints! First time at this location, will return if we come back to TN.

The GM Jennifer was very helpful, and just a joy to be around. definitely brightens up the entire restaurant, and you can tell she keeps all of her workers in line. hands down, an amazing experience!

I loved our waitress misty she was totally awesome she kept check on us and as a waitress myself she did great !! Atmosphere was ok store was clean and bathrooms was clean food sucked tho . My steak was undercooked and broccoli tasted a lil old no seasoning tj had mushrooms added to steak n it was $2.99 extra for a tinney tiney sauce cup not even a quarter of the way full. His steak was overcooked . Store and staff was great but personally as a server/cook myself it could've been way better!!! I recommend going here tho bc everybody has their off days so ill definitely be giving them a second chance !!
