Wouldn't even rate 1 star. $9.95 for 4 tiny thigh pieces.... after questioning that being told that's how they come from supplier that they don't cut them. Place was filthy floors chairs and tables were disgraceful. Customer service non existent. Will be making a complaint to head office.

Customer service was pathetic, ordered half a chicken with chips and the chicken seems to look like it was bought from the supermarket next door. The store owner has no sense of customer service, he didn’t even give us a table number and told us to go sit down. I wouldn’t recommend going to this restaurant because you get treated like dirt and no refund was given when we told him that the food was not upto scratch. We ended up going to nandos in Braeside and I would rate them 10/10.

Meal was bad very poor sevice and mixed up order. What were told we could not have what we asked for, so ee ordered differently and got served what we asked for in the first place. Chairs are ripped and not very well maintained i would not bother going back to this store. I will be making a formal complaint to Nando's head office in the next 24 hours

Nice service, we went in 15 mins before closing, and the staff were still friendly and cooked our meals. Despite them having already cleaned the grill. Very happy

Biggest portions of any Nandos I've been to. Still a pricy menu but the food is so yummy I usually overlook that. Nice little joint with open windowed front.

Walked in but was told two different wait times for food. 15 minutes vs 1 hour.
Staff were very friendly but didn't really give me confidence, so walked out.
