Mcdonald's

Literally the worst McDonalds, everytime I get food from there I regret it everytime. No one seems to care at this location. My chicken sandwich was the worst thing I’ve eaten in a long time. It took me 12 napkins to wipoff the pound of sauce they put on this. Bread was soggy and mush. They always forget the sauce. DO NOT EAT HERE. Management doesn’t care.

My drive through and delivery orders are wrong just about every time. When I try to get it corrected the drive through workers have a terrible attitude. I’m not even being mean about it to them, I just want what I paid for. Today had my order pretty much thrown at me by the young female working the drive through and it still ended up being wrong. Good thing there are a billion other locations to choose from.

Took my son to get a quick bite, Unfortunately The spicy chicken sandwich he ordered was disgusting smelled and smelled and tasted old and and bad, When I tried to take a bite I gotta be honest I gagged. It's like the chicken was cooked multiple times. This was at 4:00 in the afternoon it was not even busy there was no reason for the food to taste that way. UPDATE: Today was our 1st time back to that McDonald's since my last review 6mo ago. Again, not impressed with this McDonald's at all. Tonight my son and I went through the drive thru, we ordered the $12 bundle with a drink and that's its. When we got to 1st window. He didn't have my order. Proceeded to argue that I had the mobile order that had multiple drinks burgers and ice cream on it. Finally, I told him someone else paid for and got my order. After re-ringing up my order, I move on to the 2nd window. There my drink was put in my hand getting ices coffee on me, the bag of food was so full I bout dropped it. After checking my order and noticing I had a FF missing, I asked for another bag so I could close them and my other FF THE KID RESCHES AROUND TO FRYHOP GRABS MY FF AND HANDS IT OUT THE WINDOW TO ME. NO BAG NOTHING. DUD I MENTION ITS F***ING RAINING. SO DINNER TONIGHT WAS COLD WET MCDONALDS

Seriously, it's McDonald's. It's the largest hamburger chain for a number of reasons and famous for almost universally-liked fries and consistent menus and customer experience almost anyplace in the world. This particular location is relatively new and performs as you might expect. We regularly get breakfast items like sausage burritos or egg McMuffins and it seems no one can match their fountain drink mixes. In Oklahoma they have serious competition from Sonic and Braums, but my wife is particular about her Diet Coke and rarely will turn one down from McDonald's.

How do you give 0 🌟? How hard is it to make a quarter pound cheeseburger without ketchup? 23 minutes to go through the drive-through at 12:36 in the afternoon. Quarter pound cheeseburger comes out with 3 pickles piled on top of each other 4 teeny tiny pieces of onion and 3 little dots of mustard. Had to ask for mustard had to ask for ketchup for the French fries which were only halfway full and unedible due to the copious amounts of salt on them. To make matters worse the poor little gal working at the window couldn't speak or understand English... I've lived in Moore for well over 20yrs. About 9yrs ago this McDonald's started to have problems every time me and my family visited. I give up because I am tired of subpar food and being ripped off...
